Our unit is a single-level ADA unit at Seascape Resort. Unlike many of the units at Seascape, this unit has no stairs and has direct access to the greenbelt and outdoors. There are 3 patios with Ocean views. The unit is very spacious and offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. This unit is an ADA unit with an ADA shower/bathroom, and wheelchair access under the kitchen and spare bathroom.

ABOUT US
My family and I live approximately 45 minutes from Seascape Resort. I am a Real Estate and Loan Broker with vast experience in long term and short term rentals. I have owned and managed many properties including Vacation rentals. We purchased this unit because we fell in love with the location near the end of the building away from all the noise. We really like that it has no stairs and direct access to 3 patios and the greenbelt space. Our unit is next to the beach trail which takes us down to miles and miles of beaches. The unit is remodeled and is an ADA unit.
